i quit

Had a patient try to force himself on me.

Literally I was setting up a pump and he very quickly pulled his IV out, jumped up and slammed the door shut, and was suddenly behind me rubbing his junk on me, trying to get my pants down. I headbutted him with the back of my head, got further away and elbowed and the kicked him in the balls. When I went to tell the manager she asked what I could’ve done differently, and what I did to make him react that way.

She also refused to do anything about it, or to give patient to the large male nurse who was happy to take him as a patient. She asked me, “if he did that to you (btw I’m a 100lb 5′ tall person), why would you want to give him to someone else for him to do that with?”

I quit a few days later.
