I was a CNA before I became a nurse and I was washing a patient who had a trach. And he says to me as I’m washing him he reaches his hand up to his neck to cover his trach to speak to me and says “make sure you wash my balls real good” I handed him the rag and said if you can reach your neck to cover your trach to tell me that then you can wash your balls real good
