gloves not required

When I was in school for my CNA, my instructor told me how they were not required to wear gloves. There was no regulation stating gloves had to be worn during patient care then she proceeded to tell us that she went out to dinner with her husband to a sandwich. Shop started eating and noticed poop under her nails never forgot the story and always wore my gloves and still due to the day and I don’t even work with patients anymore.
